Home Health Publicly Reported Quality Measures Resource Binder,
Version 2
The October 2003 version of the resource binder is now available
for home health agencies in support of OBQI efforts. Stand-alone
chapters devoted to each of the 11 publicly reported outcome
measures guide users through the steps of the OBQI process.
Find sample care behaviors, intervention actions, monitoring
approaches, and POAs, as well as agency success stories and
other resources. The binder also contains reference materials
about the CMS Home Health Quality Initiative. All the materials
you need for producing a hard copy version of the binder are
provided. Visit

The Patient
Tally Report Workbook, data filtering tools, and instructions
are now available. This particular “workbook” is a set
of spreadsheets into which the data from an agency’s patient
tally data can be imported, along with associated programs
for selecting specific cases to review based on patient outcome
and case mix characteristics. To download the workbook and
