The mission of the Arizona Home Health
Quality Initiative (HHQI) is to further improve the
quality of care given to the many Arizonans who use home
health care services by providing the right care for every person, every time.
HSAG will encourage home health agencies to improve rates for:
Acute Care Hospitalization
Management of Oral Medications or another Home Health Compare quality measure
HHQI works to promote transformational change by focusing on
